Hello friends! I hope you are enjoying the beautiful spring! At Yarn Alive house, flowers have been blooming and we want to share with you!
This is Takahiro. He was born in February 2011. He was born just a few weeks before the earthquake and tsunami happened. He was so tiny then! His family lost everything through the disaster, and they moved into one of the temporary housings Yarn Alive was visiting regularly. He soon had become one of the Yarn Alive babies! Takahiro LOVED Thomas the Tank Engine and knew all the names of the trains! What a cutie!

ヤーンアライブの赤ちゃん！
お名前はタカヒロくん。彼は東日本大震災の数週間前、2011年2月に生まれ、彼の家族は3.11の津波でお家全てを失いました。当時ヤーンアライブが定期的に訪問していた仮設住宅にタカヒロくんとご家族は引っ越され、ママが編み物を始めるようになり集まる皆さんに愛されるタカヒロくんはヤーンアライブの赤ちゃんとなり、みんなで成長を見守ってきました。小さなタカヒロくんはトーマスのきかんしゃトーマスが大好きで、電車にも興味があり列車の名前を全部覚えていました！
10 years passed since 2013... it has been 12 years since he was born! He keeps growing! This is also our 12-year mark since the 3.11.
This is Takahiro’s elementary school graduation picture! He has his tie on and looking very fancy with his suit!! He has started 7th grade in April!
タカヒロくんが生まれてからそして東日本大震災から12年です。立派に成長したタカヒロくんはこの春小学校を卒業し中学生になりました。私たちはこれからも共に彼の成長を見守り応援していきたいと思います。
